Data deletion instructions

You can disconnect your WhatsApp Business account from OneMind Solutions and ask us to delete the data we hold at any time.

What we store

Your account details (business name, your name, email), the WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, display number and business name of each number you connect, an encrypted access token issued by Meta, your message templates, and the messages sent and received through OneMind Connect. If you allowed it in the WhatsApp Business app, we also store the contacts and up to 180 days of chat history Meta shares at connection time.

1. Disconnect

Open Meta Business Settings → Integrations → Connected apps (or WhatsApp Manager → Partners), select OneMind Solutions and remove it. This immediately stops us from sending messages or receiving data for your number. You can also click Disconnect on the number’s page in OneMind Connect.

2. Ask us to delete your data

Email contact@onemindsolution.in with the subject “OneMind Connect data deletion” from the email on your account. We confirm within 3 working days and delete your account, access tokens, contacts, templates and messages within 30 days. Records we must keep by law (for example tax invoices) are kept only for the legally required period.
